ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON THIS PLATFORM ARE FINAL.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you consider a refund to be necessary.
You will be notified via email whether your claim was approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to the card number or payment method that originally executed the payment within approximately 30 business days after the refund is approved.
WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?
If you have a major problem with any service offered by ART CREATIVE STUDIO or a minor problem that could not be fixed in a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, when:
The service is not provided with an acceptable level of care and skill.
The service is not for the purpose you requested.
The service is not delivered in a reasonable time when there is no agreed-upon date of completion.
SERVICES YOU CAN NOT CANCEL:
You must pay for services you have received under a service contract that worked as expected.
You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond ART CREATIVE STUDIO’s control, or if the client changes their mind
CANCEL YOUR SERVICE:
If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:
Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.
Contact ART CREATIVE STUDIO at email@example.com and explain the problem. If ART CREATIVE STUDIO cannot fix the service in a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.
IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND IT HAS ALREADY BEGUN OR BEEN DELIVERED, A REFUND WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO COVER THE SERVICES THAT FAILED AND ANY ADVANCE PAYMENTS.
